RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
ELIGIBLE ITEMS
To qualify for a return, items must be:
• Unworn and unused
• In original condition
• With all tags attached
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
Returns must be requested before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
• Earrings
• Clothing items
• Any item that cannot be fully cleaned or restored to new condition
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: support@ahmadkcollections.com or contact us through this form.
Your message must include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging
• Photos of the shipping label
If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement (if available) or issue a refund to your original payment method.
Items showing signs of wear, misuse, alteration, or damage not present upon delivery will not be accepted.
HOW TO START A RETURN
To request a return for an eligible item, contact: support@ahmadkcollections.com or contact us through this form.
If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you of the status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to process and post the refund.
If a return does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy, it will be sent back to you at your expense.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order and request a return for the original item (if eligible).
ORDER ACCURACY & SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
For approved returns of eligible items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
All returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival. If a return is received in a condition that does not meet our return eligibility requirements, including: signs of wear, use, damage, missing tags, or alterations. the return will be rejected.
In such cases:
• The refund will not be issued
• The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from any eligible refund, or
• The item will be shipped back to the customer at their expense
We reserve the right to determine whether returned merchandise is in original, unused condition.
EUROPEAN UNION – 14 DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, provided the item meets all return eligibility requirements listed above.
